At Giftends.com, we stand behind all of our products and guarantee it with a no-hassle 14-day money back guarantee (less shipping & handling, taxes and any other applicable fees). Subject to 25% restocking fee.

RETURN POLICY ON ALL Giftends.com PRODUCTS

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return your order to us if within 14 days of the order date. You will need to email us at support@giftends.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which allows us to keep track of the return.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept any returned packages if a RAN has not been assigned to the order. If you return a package with out having been assigned a RAN, the package will be refused and returned to you and all applicable costs will be you (the customer's) responsibility.

The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure a full refund (less shipping & handling, taxes and any other applicable fees). "New and unused" means the item is still in sale-able condition, never used, not broken, dirty, damaged, or defective and still in it's original condition. We cannot accept returns for an item with any signs that it has been used.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be returned within 2 weeks (14 calendar days) after receiving the item. If you have any questions about the restocking fee as it pertains to your order please email us before we ship the product, since once the product has shipped from the warehouse, we have already incurred our cost.

PLEASE NOTE: No refunds will be given on any shipping or tax charges.

Please allow us 10-14 days once we have received your return to process your credit.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an order that has been damaged or defective, we will replace the item with a new one (if the same item is still in stock) at no cost to you or issue you a full refund (less shipping & handling and taxes). However, you will need to ship the item back to us and once we receive it, we will ship the replacement back to you.

All replacement items will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

LOST OR MISSING ORDERS

We utilize UPS or USPS to ship products to our customers and rely on these shipping companies via delivery confirmation and/or parcel tracking numbers to determine that an order has been successfully delivered to its destination. However, there may be instances when packages are delivered but left in certain areas which may not be clearly visible to the customer, thus resulting in theft or accidental loss. In these instances Giftends.com, will not be responsibile for the any lost or missing package nor will we grant a refund or replacement and you (customer) will need to file a claim directly with the shipping company.

CREDIT & RETURNS PROCESSING

It will take about 10-14 calendar days for us to receive the returned or damaged product back from you. Within 72 hours of receiving the item, you will receive an e-mail with information pertaining to your refund and credit.

All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only and will be issued a credit in the same form the item was paid for.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email us immediately at support@giftends.com within 8 hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. You must provide the order number and total amount of order. There will be no guarantees that we will be able to process the cancellation after 8 hours of the order being placed.

Giftends.com reserves the right to cancel orders at anytime due to pricing changes with manufacturers, pricing errors, ommissions, mistakes, or for any other reason. While we make every effort to satisfy every customer and fill every order, occasionally we make a mistake on our website regarding pricing, inventory status of a product, or description. In these instances customer service will notify you of the mistake and ask if you would like to cancel the order or proceed with the correct pricing or information.
